Answer to Question 1

A
Older women, while having the highest incidence of breast cancer, have been shown to have the least knowledge about the importance of breast examination. Modifying and encouraging selfbreast examination would be the most effective intervention to promote breast health. The other actions are good but not as helpful as adapting the technique of self-exam so the woman can accomplish it.

Answer to Question 2

D
The last task in the process of mourning is the withdrawal of emotional energy and the reinvest-ment in another relationship; this entails withdrawing emotional attachment to the lost person and continuing on with life.

It is not a straight line, but "zig-zags" around various island chains. Therefore, Samoa and nearby islands have one date, while American Samoa and nearby islands are one day behind. Daylight saving time is used in some islands, but not in others—further shifting the hours out of sync with natural time.
