Answer to Question 1

ANS: B
Older adults with HIV may also be at more risk for cognitive decline and may be misdiag-nosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD) instead of AIDS - the actual problem. Homan's sign is an indicator of deep vein thrombosis; Chvostek's sign is a facial muscle twitch seen with hypomagnesemia, and a neurological exam is going to identify a cognitive deficient.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
Individuals with diverticular disease need to increase fiber to 25 to 30 grams per day, and drink 6 to 8 glasses of caffeine-free fluid per day. There is no need to avoid a bedtime snack.
