Unexplained weight loss.
Fever (later stages of cancer).
Fatigue.
Pain; especially bone cancer.
Skin changes; strange and irregular skin markings.
Changes in bowel habits or bladder function.
Sores that do not heal.
Unusual bleeding or discharge.
Unusual lump or thickening anywhere in the body.
Difficulty swallowing.
Indigestion (unusual).
Unusual change in mole or wart.
Nagging cough or hoarseness.

Answer to Question 2

Fewer than 10 of all calories should be from saturated fat.
Fewer than 30 of all calories should come from fat.
Consume less than 300 mg a day of cholesterol.
