Grayish, bloodless look of skin.
Yellow teeth.
Smokers get fat around midsection.
Smokers develop higher waist to hip ratio.

Answer to Question 2

When individuals are in a given pose, they move in the direction of their physical limits of flexibility. Once they have found that limit, they ease back a little and then, with each exhalation, move through that limitation, slowly, gently, and easily. This process of moving through the limitations is translated into other areas of life in which they have set up perceived barriers. As they meet challenges that seem difficult, they step back a bit, breathe, and do what is necessary to easily move through that barrier. Little by little, they expand and grow in all areas of life with confidence because they have practiced doing it every time they practice yoga.
