Answer to Question 1

Approximately 22 of pregnant women continue to smoke.
Smoking increases risks of complications for low birthweight, birth defects, premature births, and miscarriages.
Low birthweights are reduced by one-third if mothers-to-be quit smoking during pregnancy.
About 10 of infant deaths are attributable to maternal smoking.

Answer to Question 2

A typical yoga session proceeds through a series of poses, with the practitioner being mindful of what is happening in the body, entering and ending each pose slowly, breathing fully and deeply in and out through the nose, and enjoying the process.
