Drink slowly.
Space your drinks.
Know your limit.
Avoid drinking on an empty stomach.
Choose lower proof beverages.
Dilute drinks with ice or mixer.

Yoga is a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote bodily or mental control and well-being. Yoga philosophy teaches ways of establishing harmony between and among the various sides of life. Once the mind and body have established harmony, once they have become integrated and still, healing takes place at all levels.
