Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

Think in terms of the unlimitedno limits, no barriers in your imagination. If you want to fly in your imagination, you are free to fly. If you can imagine it  anything is possible.
Release all thoughts of what others might think. There are no others in your imagination so don't be shy. Act boldly and freely.
Include relaxing music in the background, such as classical or New Age music without lyrics.
Be playful. Don't be too serious when you are working in your imagination. The harder you try, the harder it will be to view your imageries well.
