Whatever the conscious mind focuses on, believes, thinks, and directs is what the subconscious mind responds to; it follows through without question. Whereas the conscious mind has doubts, fears, reservations, and considerations about what it thinks can or can't be done, the subconscious mind simply does as it is told.
