Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Environmental mindfulness requires that, rather than focusing on external choices, Carlita change her state of mind. Carlita needs to think deeply about the mental habits that influence her consumption patterns and other behaviors that influence the health of the environment. She should deeply question her place in society and as a resident of the planet. She could also practice envisioning herself as being interconnected with Earth.
