1. Choose low-sodium or salt-free packaged/prepared foods.
2. Order, buy, and prepare popcorn without salt.
3. Use kosher salt because it has less sodium than regular table salt.
4. Avoid adding salt while cooking and at the table.
5. Season foods with fresh or packaged herbs and spices.
