Answer: An NDE is a psychological event usually occurring in a person close to death and marked by a characteristic pattern of perceptions and common features such as movement through space and perception of light.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Almost a third of older adults are obese and therefore at increased risk for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many forms of cancer, sleep apnea, and arthritis.
