Answer: Choking on vomited material is a significant danger for anyone who has lost consciousness after binge drinking. If the individual cannot be roused, get emergency medical care.

Answer: Any four of the following:
 Take swimming lessons.
 Learn CPR.
 Check the weather conditions before you go.
 Swim with a companion.
 Swim at beaches that have a lifeguard on duty.
 Never dive or jump into an unknown body of water.
 Obey posted signs warning of unsafe swimming conditions.
 Know the signs of a rip current.
 Never drink alcohol when you are swimming or boating.
 Always wear a personal flotation device (life jacket) when riding in a boat or participating in other water sports like jet skiing or waterskiing.
