Answer to Question 1

Answer: These four factors plus the brief discussion of any two:
Distracted driving: talking on your phone, sending a text message, or fiddling with your stereo while you drive
Impaired driving: driving after you've been drinking or using drugs, as well as driving while drowsy
Seat belt use: the single most effective prevention against injury or death in a car crash
Aggressive driving: examples include speeding, driving too quickly for road conditions, cutting off other vehicles, tailgating, and abruptly changing lanes

Answer to Question 2

Answer: They should not accept any drinks (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) from other people. They should open drink containers themselves. They should watch each other's drinks or have their drinks with them at all times. They should not share drinks from any type of open container. If someone offers to buy them drinks, they should accompany that person to the bar and carry the drinks back.
