I have a Bio test on Monday and I've been stuck on the short answer problems like this one:
Sequence #1;
5'ATCGATGTGCTATACATGT TAACAC3'
3'TAGCTACACGATATGTACA CTTGTG5'
Sequence #2:
5'ATCGATGTGCTAAACATGT TAACAC3'
3'TAGCTACACGATATGTACA CTTGTG5'

Q1: Give the sequence and polarity of two DNA primers 6 nucleotides long that would allow you to amplify the entire fragment?
Q2: Assuming the bottom strand is the DNA template used for transcription, what is the amino acid sequence of the protein that is produced by Sequence #1.

I have no idea how to do those questions, I've tried finding similar problems in the textbook, but to no success. I appreciate any help I can get, thank you!
