Answer to Question 1

Answer: A non-profit clinic would be the best choice because it does not require insurance and costs can be reduced. An urgent care center would also be an option, but the fees will likely be more expensive.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Self-care consists of any actions you take to maintain your wellness. By taking up a measure of responsibility for yourself, you may reduce your risk for many diseases, increase your treatment options, and reduce your health expenditures.
