Answer to Question 1

Answer: Vasectomy is sterilization of a male by sealing off a man's vas deferens on both sides of the scrotum. Tubal ligation is sterilization of a female by sealing off her fallopian tubes. A hysterectomy is sterilization of a female by removing her uterus.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: To use a condom, tear open the package gently. Don't use scissors or your teeth. When the penis is erect, squeeze the air out of the tip of the condom and place it over the head of the penis leaving space at the tip to collect semen. Roll the condom down over the shaft of the penis as far as possible. After ejaculation, but before the penis has become soft, grasp the condom at the base of the penis and withdraw. Pull the condom off gently; making sure semen doesn't spill out. Wrap the condom in tissue and throw it away in the trash. Do not flush it down the toilet. Use a new condom for every act of intercourse.
