Answer to Question 2

Answer: This is a condition in which tissue grows in the areas outside of the uterus such as the fallopian tubes, ovaries, and other structures in the pelvic region. Responding to the same hormonal symptoms as the uterus, this tissue can break down and bleed during the month menstrual cycle, discharging blood into the abdominal/pelvic cavity causing pain, scarring, and potential infertility.
