 Make an appointment with a specialist/trainer to ensure you learn proper techniques.
 Always warm up before lifting.
 Work out with a partner who can spot you.
 Breathe in as you lift the weight and out as you release the weight back to the starting position.
 Focus on the muscle you are trying to work.
 Equally train opposing muscle groups.
 Take your time.
 Only use weight your body can handle without having to engage additional muscles or momentum.

Answer: Answers should include a combination of the following:
 Park your car at the far end of the parking lot to extend the amount of walking you do.
 Walk briskly or ride your bike to class.
 Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
 Begin an active new hobby like in-line skating, yoga, or dance classes.
 Get an exercise buddy.
 Include resistance and flexibility exercises at least two days per week.
 Gradually increase the intensity of your aerobic exercise by replacing moderate- with vigorous-intensity activities.
 Be active for longer.
 Be active more often.
