Answer: Any three of the following:
 Order a vegetarian version of her favorite foods (burgers, pizza, subs).
 Choose turkey, fish, or chicken instead of beef or pork.
 Order a sandwich without cheese.
 Avoid the supersize option. Choose the smallest size or share with a friend.
 Substitute a side salad for fries.
 Order the smallest size of fries.
 Order skim milk, water, or diet soda instead of regular soda.
 Have fruit instead of dessert or yogurt parfaits.
 Stop eating when full.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Men's nutritional needs don't change a lot over a lifetime unless they change their activity levels. Women need more iron and folic acid during their child-bearing years. Prior to menopause, women need more calcium and vitamin D to prevent osteoporosis, as do older men.
