Answer to Question 1

Answer: The most common disorders are insomnia, snoring, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and parasomnias (which can include sleep terrors, sleepwalking, sleep bruxism, nocturnal eating, REM behavior disorder, and restless leg syndrome).

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Answers will vary, but the seven signs are: dependency on alarm clocks, drowsiness while driving, all-day coffee consumption, mistakes involving focus and concentration, forgetfulness, moodiness or anxiousness, and frequent illness.
