computer with high-speed Internet access

dedicated phone service (a cell phone and a land line)

answering system or voice mail

fax machine

copier, scanner, and printer

MCO could decide on any of these approaches:

National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation
The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation or Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) accreditation
Both NCQA and TJC or AAAHC accreditation
