Answer to Question 1

The NCDB provides CoC-approved cancer programs with access to national data to be able to compare their treatment and patient outcomes on a local, regional, and national basis. The CoC also sets quality measures for patient care.

to map data and apply information on socioeconomic status, distance from health care facilities, and environmental factors in the cancer data for cancer control and research
