Data elements collected include number of clients, number of patients, number of accessions, number hospitalized, and number of hospital days. Ambulatory care statistics also are collected on herd health or production medicine services. These statistics include number of farm calls made, number of animals involved, number of animals treated, and number of animals at risk.
