Substance abuse facilities will need to have information systems that can provide financial and client outcomes data. Facilities will build alliances and partnerships to develop integrated health delivery systems and health information exchanges.

Answer to Question 2

The government funds many substance abuse treatment facilities and wants to make sure that they are spending taxpayers' dollars wisely.
