Answer to Question 1

Past medical history and family history findings are in two different groups of the nomenclature. Using a form, it is easy to record answers to both personal and family histor y at the same time.

Answer to Question 2

The Outline View allows you to see the findings that have been selected without leaving the Forms tab.
