Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Spyware is software that can be installed without the user's knowledge to track the user's actions on a computer.
Adware may display unwanted pop-up advertisements on your monitor; the advertisements may be related to the sites you search on the Web or even the content of your e-mail.
A fraudulent dialer can connect the user with numbers without the user's knowledge; the dialer may connect the user's computer to an expensive 900 number. The user will be totally unaware until he or she receives the telephone bill. The additional money is collected by the person who gave out the fraudulent number. A dialer is usually installed with free software. Because a dialer needs a phone, broadband connections are usually not affected.
Keylogging can be used by anyone to track anyone else's keystrokes made, e-mail addresses typed, and web sites visited.
Malware (short for malicious software) is software designed to harm your computer. It can change or destroy data.
Phishing involves sending fraudulent messages via e-mail or instant message that purport to be from a legitimate source, such as a social network or IT administrator. The user is directed to a fake Web site and asked to enter information.
