The small HPI/ROS button next to each symptom in a List is used to move an individual finding from HPI to ROS without using the ROS button on the Toolbar. The HPI/ROS button on an individual finding affects only the selected finding , and it affects it only when the toolbar ROS button is off and only when a List is loaded.
