When the ROS button is on, symptoms are recorded in the Review of Systems section of the encounter note.

Write the meaning of each of the medical abbreviations , as they were used in this chapter ,

for 5 to 9.

Answer to Question 2

record previously unentered symptoms in the ROS section as normal.
