Answer to Question 1

import the word processing files from any transcribed dictation as text records.

Answer to Question 2

The difference between an EHR nomenclature and a billing code set is the level of detail represented by the codes. EHR nomenclatures have codes to represent not o nly procedures and diseases, but also the symptoms, observations, history, medications, and myriad other details.

EHR nomenclatures contain cross references to other code sets ; billing codes sets do not.
