  A) click the Actions toolbar button, then select Export Data from the list of available options.
  B) click the blue Quippe icon button, then select Export Data on the drop-down menu that appears.
  C) click the blue Quippe icon button, then select Create PDF on the drop-down menu that appears.
  D) click the Actions toolbar button, then select Create PDF from the list of available options.
