How do you select a patient from the New Encounter window?
 
  A) Scroll through the list of patients in the New Encounter window. Right-click on the name of the desired patient, then click Select on the drop-down menu that appears.
  B) Scroll through the list of patients in the New Encounter window. Click once on the name of the desired patient, then click OK.
