Forms are static; findings have a fixed position on forms and will consistently remain in that position, every time the form is used.
Findings from multiple sections of the nomenclature can be mixed on the same page of the form in any way to enable the quickest data entry.
Forms may include check boxes, drop-down lists, pop-up calendars, and even free-text boxes for recording comments.
Forms can control which findings require entry.
