Answer: Custom is performed by group of people; habit by an individual.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Distinctive patterns can be observed depending on gender, age, ethnicity and place of residence. These patterns help geographers analyze distinctive and common factors across the population that lead to parallel development in leisure activities or different activities. This information can further explain broader social differences and give greater insight into differences in folk cultures and how and if popular culture has changed that behavior.
