The former Soviet Republics of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania with their Russian minorities are heavily impacted; former Warsaw Pact countries, such as Poland and Romania, also feel the geopolitical tussle and by treaty, all NATO members would increase defense spending; recipients of Russian natural gas; world cities like London have significant Russian investment.
