Which of these has faulty parallelism?
 
  a. The huge park was sparkling with noise and excitement from so many people that it seemed like the whole of St. Louis was there.
  b. The park swirled with a mix of laughter, screams from people on the rides, it seemed as if the whole of St. Louis was there.
