CaO2 = (Hb  1.34) SaO2 + (SaO2  0.003).
CaO2 = (14 gm  1.34) 0.90 + (80 mm Hg 0.003).
CaO2 = 17.12 vol.
CO2 = (Hb  1.34) SO2 + (PO2  0.003).
CO2 = (14 gm  1.34) 0.65 + (35  0.003).
CO2 = 12.3 vol.
Q = O2  (CaO2  CO2) 10.
Q = 210 mL/min  (17.12 mL/100 mL  12.3 mL/100mL) 10.
Q = 4.36 mL/min.

If air is used to inflate the balloon and the balloon ruptures, an air embolism is possible.
