Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
The nurse would observe alopecia in clients with anorexia nervosa. Such clients may be amenorrheic rather than menorrhagic. They have a slow pulse and hypotension and not a rapid pulse and hypertension.
