Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

A
Feedback:
Optional/elective surgery is for a condition that is not life threatening, such as a tubal ligation for sterilization. Required/nonelective surgery is necessary at some time. Urgent/nonelective surgery must be performed within a short time, to prevent further damage to the client. Emergency surgery must be performed immediately to save the client's life.
