Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
The purpose of a sitz bath (sitting in a tub of warm water) is to provide moist heat to the pelvic, perineal, and/or perianal area. Sitz baths are most often used following infant delivery or rectal/perineal surgery. Heat applications may be contraindicated in clients with known cardiac conditions or those taking certain cardiac medications or antihypertensives.

A rod-shaped bacterium is known as a bacillus. There is no square-shaped bacterium. A round or spherical bacterium is called a coccus. A spiral-shaped bacterium has the name spirillum.
