Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
Adaptation to possible changes in sexuality is a lifestyle change that occurs in older and aging populations. Sexual activity is possible for older adults and not too demanding. With the introduction of erectile dysfunction medications, older men are more able to perform than in the past.

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
The nurse should suggest that the client breastfeed her baby regularly because doing so decreases the risk of certain chronic diseases later in life, such as Crohn's disease and type 2 diabetes. Breastfeeding is not known to reduce the risk of hepatic or renal disorders in infants, nor is it known to reduce the chances of the infant developing anemia.
