Answer to Question 1

Ans: B
Feedback:
System B offers the best options when compared to the other two options. System B offers necessities for the EHR: client confidentiality/privacy, is ACA compliant, communicates with other health care facilities, and has the ability for quick research within the system for quality assurance/continuous quality improvement and research needs. System A is not an appropriate choice because it will not communicate with some of the area hospitals and this goes against the principle of ACA that facilities may communicate with one another. System C is not an appropriate choice because it has a nontraceable login so health care workers could access and perform activities leaving client's privacy vulnerable.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: B
Feedback:
The person planning a trip outside of the United States to a Third-World Country needs specific up-to-date information on immunizations needed when traveling to the specific country outside of the United States. This information is found at the CDC Web site. The CDC also provides travel advisories about food and water safety, etc. The FDA may have latest information on the vaccines and the dosages, but it does not offer the schedule recommended for specific countries. The HRSA provides services and supplies mostly to underserved areas inside of the United States and does not provide information as to what the traveler needs before going to the foreign country. The NIH may provide information about various infectious diseases and how to prevent their spread but does not offer the up-to-date immunization schedule needed for persons planning foreign travel.
