Answer to Question 1

Ans: D
Feedback:
It is critical that you use the same form of your name on all applications and that this name matches the photo identification (driver's license or passport) you intend to use for admission to the test center.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: B
Feedback:
The NCLEX-PN is computerized testing that scores the exam and sends the information directly to the testing service so it may be verified before being submitted electronically to the state board of nursing. The state board of nursing is the only agency that will then issue the license and many states will post the license within hours of the candidate successfully passing the examination. The state board of nursing sends by mail the official exam results directly to the candidate within 6 weeks from the time of the exam. Unofficial results may be obtained within 48 hours after writing the exam by paying an additional fee to the testing service, Pearson, via their Web site.
