Nursing mentors should be nurses who are experts and who support and teach novice nurses. These mentors give willingly to help novice nurses become experts.

ANS: 4
Expert power relates to becoming an expert as a LPN, although not everyone can be an expert in every part of nursing. Expertise can be developed in specific areas of nursing and can be just as powerful.
