In reference to the AP oblique with 15-20 degree medial rotation, what error is present?
 
 part is underrotated
  tibiotalar joint isn't open
  part is overrotated
  centering is incorrect

Question 2

Answer to Question 1

centering is incorrect

Rationale: Proper centering should be directed to the mid ankle joint. The center point on the image correlates to an inch above the ankle joint. Although this as individual criterion may not be enough to fail an image, it can directly affect the collimated margins.

Answer to Question 2

tripod

Rationale: A tripod fracture results when the zygoma breaks from all three articulation points: the maxilla, the zygomatic arch, and the frontal bone.
