PA axial

Rationale: A PA projection of the clavicle will position the clavicle closest to the image receptor reducing magnification. PA axial would demonstrate the clavicle with the least amount of magnification and free of bony thorax superimposition.

Answer to Question 2

50 percent of the group will die in 30 days

Rationale: Lethality of 50/30 means 50 will die within in 30 days. Death may result 6-8 weeks after a radiation exposure greater than 2 Gy, 200 rad.
