Answer to Question 1

PA axial Haas

Rationale: The PA axial Haas method is a reversal of the AP axial Townes. It is the least preferred method because of the OID between the occipital bone and the IR. If this method were to be substituted, the patient is aligned with OML and MSP perpendicular like a PA. A 25 degree cephalic tube angle is applied to enter the external occipital protuberance and will exit approximately the hairline.

Answer to Question 2

quality assurance

Rationale: Quality assurance encompasses all aspects of departmental quality interfaced with the customer.
