Answer to Question 1

AP oblique

Rationale: The AP oblique with medial rotation will well demonstrate the tuberosity on the base of the 5th metatarsal.

Answer to Question 2

PA axial with 15 degree caudal

Rationale: When reversing the projection with an axial, the tube angle degree remains the same, but the direction is directed opposite. A PA axial sacrum will use a 15 degree caudal central ray.
