A tangential, inferosuperior carpal canal wrist projection with poor positioning demonstrates su-perimposition of the pisiform and hamulus of the hamate. How should the positioning setup be adjusted for an optimal image to be obtained?
 
  a. Externally rotate the hand.
  b. Internally rotate the hand.
  c. Decrease the central ray angulation.
