Answer to Question 1

ANS: C
Urinary output of 30 to 60 mL/hr usually shows adequate intravascular volume and blood pressure. Low urinary output can result from stress of the surgical procedure, antidiuresis from the anesthetic agent, impending renal failure, or reduced circulating blood volume.

Answer to Question 2
