Small sutures do not need to be accounted for at the end of a procedure because they probably will not show up on a radiograph if the suture count is not correct.

ANS: F
Even though a needle is small, it still needs to be accounted for. Smallness of a needle is not a valid reason to fail to account for each one.

ANS: F
A minimum of four people is required to move a patient with a roller deviceone to lift the head, one to lift the feet, one beside the stretcher receiving the patient, and one beside the patient to lift him or her from the OR table.
